My story

I am a late diagnosed AuDHDer and busy mum to two teenage boys - both are also neurodivergent and we have needed support in a number of ways. Over the years we have encountered a few challenges with accessing this support, but are now in a place of feeling more understood - more able to thrive, not just survive. I believe all individuals should have the opportunity to do this.

My career background ranges from working as a Marketing Executive in London for clients such as IBM and Royal Mail, to then embarking on a career in Education, giving me a perspective from two different sectors. During my teaching years, I took on a number of additional roles, such as British Council Ambassador and parent speaker at Autism workshops run by the Local Authority.

An aspect of my life which has shaped where I am today, is receiving a cancer diagnosis four years ago and becoming a media volunteer/speaker for CRUK. This showed me the importance of sharing our experiences, increasing understanding - and the power of human connection. It added to my desire to help and empower others, who may be trying to overcome setbacks in their lives and look ahead.

I therefore decided to gain a full ICF endorsed coaching diploma and after qualifying, started my own business - drawing on both my skills and passions (I believe when you find something you love to do, it rarely feels like work).  My lived and professional experience has been hugely impactful when working with neurodifferent individuals - those who do not always 'fit the mould', but have unique potential and can truly excel, if supported well and authentically.

I am also able to bring this in when delivering training to organisations.

I currently offer one to one, tailored coaching sessions and deliver training/talks on topics such as Neurodiversity and Intersectionality.

I look forward to hearing from and working with you.
