"Fair isn't everyone getting the same thing, fair is everyone getting what they need in order to be successful"
I work with individuals who want to fulfil their unique potential and organisations that want to support their employees to do this.
My passion is helping anyone to overcome barriers and embrace the future they aspire
to have.

Confidence Coaching

We explore what confidence looks like, how we can identify what we are good at (and struggle with), as well as strategies for coping with certain situations.
This leads us to discovering how we can become our best selves.
Changes

We think about transitional periods, such as exams or changing schools and identify the tools needed to perform at our best.
Together we explore how to cope better with other pressures that come up at this stage, with increased confidence for the next steps into young adulthood.
University
students

Here we focus further on goal setting. For example, how to increase independence with aspects such as time management, organisation and planning.
This makes it more possible to cope successfully with the transition to future employment.
Workplace Coaching
Here we work on specific aspects of your job, with a ‘strength centred’ approach.
We address any challenges you may need to overcome, so that you can become happier in your work life and elsewhere.

We set relevant goals and clear, achievable action plans.

Neurodiversity Coaching

Here I work with self-discovered, identified, or diagnosed
neurodivergent individuals, who may need to overcome particular barriers, to be able to achieve what they truly want to.
We create appropriate goals and step by step action plans, taking into account account a range of neuro-differences which may exist.

What kind of challenges do I help with?
I believe that people who need help sometimes look a lot like people who don't.
I support with specific areas such as:

-
Increasing self-belief and inner confidence
-
Raising motivation levels and productivity
-
Time and task management
-
Planning and organisation
-
Creating a more positive and resilient mindset
-
Managing neurodivergence (diagnosed or self-discovered)
I also work with families or organisations after the sessions, to create a ‘support and strategy' toolbox’.

Testimonials
My son absolutely loved the first session and wanted to continue. He said that he loved the 100% attention that parents cannot always give and emptied his mind. Anita coached him to come up with strategies to become more resilient and creative in terms of managing his relationships at school. After completing the sessions he was a different child. He stopped complaining about friends, was much more joyful, confident and increased his friend circle. He is now so much happier at school and we can't thank Anita enough.

The coaching sessions really helped me get clear on outcomes and steps to take, with achievable timescales. I felt really listened to, and challenged in a sensitive manner that pushed my current state and thinking. Anita made me feel at ease from the outset, and coached me to new possibilities, a fresh perspective and personal growth. I can say confidently that the sessions have helped me realise my values around pursuing activities that energise me, finding time to schedule those in during a working week, ultimately leading to a feeling of joy and balance.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Anita on increasing my confidence to practice coaching in my niche. I was amazed how quickly I was able to reframe some of my limiting beliefs. Anita was always positive, calm and professional and helped me to recognise the strengths I had acquired in other parts of my life, which I can apply in my new environment. I always felt safe and at ease during our sessions and motivated to spring into action almost immediately after our sessions.

The coaching sessions have helped with my writing skills, planning and organisation for my Engineering degree. Anita does this through a GROW method which clearly outlines the goal we are trying to achieve and ways of trying to complete and tackle the task.
We review previous goals in weeks past to see if they have been met and if not how we could change and adapt the method, so the goal is met and progress is achieved.

This had lead to me gaining higher marks in my written assignments and being able to plan ahead.

With her skillset, patience and understanding of trauma, I feel incredibly fortunate to have learned these tools with Anita. Drilling it all in has helped me win on outcomes almost daily. For our sessions we began with a conceptual idea that I spent some time thinking about and ‘googling’, it was all but a dream and today I'm working on the final touches on plans to create it as a business, with the aspiration of changing lives. I find that these sessions have allowed for me to be ‘me’ some more, as I’m now armed with better framework and tools. I can look up and allow myself to dream and manifest easier. When it comes to muting the inner critic and bringing about accountability, it's all now part of my process and that’s something I will never lose

I worked with Anita to navigate making a difficult business decision. Anita's coaching made the decision making process a lot easier. Anita was able to remove the fog and noise from the situation and I was able to see clearly which route to take, after following a step by step plan we built together. I'd highly recommend working with Anita if you're looking to tap into a higher level of performance at work. It can be very difficult to see the wood from the trees sometimes in a stressful work environment, so having Anita as your coach would be an extremely powerful tool in your arsenal. Thank you again Anita!

Anita’s lived experience of neurodiversity and empathy for my daughter’s situation made her the perfect support person to help my daughter through a very challenging period of school absence, depression and discovering Autism.
Anita was kind, practical and knowledgeable in her approach to helping my daughter to find the tools and methods to get back on her feet and face the future.
I highly recommend Anita to anyone who needs support with confidence and coping in similar situations.

"I am very grateful to Anita for being my ADHD coach. Being neurodivergent herself, I was able to relate with her very well and felt understood. She gave me lots of strategies and plans to manage my ADHD on daily basis. She also signposted me to other resources as well. I have so appreciated Anita's rapport with and insight into my children over the last few months she has worked with my family, and also her generous communication with me as a parent. My children's own combined feedback reflects Anita's ability to understand what works for her clients, whom she treats as unique individuals:
"Anita is a good listener, and is always in a good mood, which puts me in a good mood. She has great ideas and helps me when I can't think about how to move with something."

Anita delivered a fantastic session for our team on 'Understanding and Supporting Neurodiversity'. The session was engaging, informative and provided the team with practical tools and 'next steps'. Anita was authentically herself, creating a calm environment - her lived experience provided valuable knowledge and insight to us as practitioners/advisors. I left the session feeling more equipped at supporting neurodivergent individuals and with ideas to make positive amendments to my service. Thank you!
