My story
Finding my Ikigai
An aspect of my life which has shaped where I am today, is receiving a cancer diagnosis five years ago and becoming a media volunteer/speaker for CRUK. This showed me the importance of sharing our experiences, increasing understanding - and the power of human connection. It added to my desire to help and empower others, who may be trying to overcome setbacks in their lives and look ahead.
I therefore decided to gain a full ICF endorsed coaching diploma, whilst also mentoring neurodivergent university students. After qualifying, I started my own business to create meaningful and lasting change in the area of neuro-inclusion, drawing on both my skills and passions (I was finally able to find my Ikigai, our reason for being.).
I am able to bring this in when delivering training, coaching, or when speaking on a wider scale.

Meet Anita
I am a late diagnosed AuDHDer, with a firm belief that all individuals should have the opportunity to access neuro-inclusive environments and understanding, so that they can thrive. Over the years, I have seen what is possible in myself and those around me when neuro-affirming support is provided, as well as what happens when it doesn’t.
My career background ranges from working as a Marketing Executive, to then embarking on a career in Education, giving me a perspective from two different sectors. During my teaching years, I took on a number of additional roles, such as British Council Ambassador and parent speaker at Autism workshops run by the Local Authority.
