I offer interactive training, designed to equip client-facing practitioners with the knowledge and tools to support neurodivergent individuals, all well as organisations to create inclusive environments and neuro-affirming support.
Neurodiversity Awareness
& Support
Our latest Neurodiversity Awareness & Support programme is a fully interactive, self-paced online course designed for client-facing professionals who want to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity, and confidently support neurodivergent individuals in their practice.
Through a blend of engaging video modules, real-world case studies, and reflective activities, this course empowers you to move beyond theory and develop practical, neuro-affirming skills that make a real difference.
You’ll explore:
-
Core concepts of neurodiversity, including what it is, how it relates to common neurotypes such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia, and why a strengths-based perspective matters.
-
Inclusive language and communication strategies that promote dignity, respect and connection.
-
Intersectionality, understanding how identity, culture and lived experience intersect with neurodivergence.
-
Practical tools for neuro-inclusive practice, including how to create supportive environments and apply changes that benefit both individuals and organisations.
Designed to suit a range of learning preferences and professional backgrounds, this course also includes reflective questions, self-assessment opportunities and curated resources, to deepen your learning journey and help you put best practice into action.
As a neurodiversity and ADHD coach, and an ADHD coach trainer with Barrett Coaching and Training I bring both professional and lived experience into the learning.
Whether you’re a coach, counsellor, HR professional, supervisor, therapist or team leader, Neurodiversity Awareness & Support equips you with the insight and skills to recognise, celebrate and effectively support neurodivergent individuals in your work.
This course is delivered in partnership with Noble Manhattan, bringing together shared values around ethical practice, professional development and inclusive coaching.
